Our General Pest service is designed to protect your home from a wide range of common pests. This includes spiders (including black widows and brown recluses), cockroaches, mice and rats, beetles, ants, wasps, scorpions, earwigs, crickets, centipedes, millipedes, fleas, and ticks. We guarantee elimination of these pests through our proven treatment methods and ongoing service. We recommend getting at least one treatment every three months. If you ever see any of these pests in between scheduled visits, we’ll come back at no extra cost.

Our proven 5-step process includes various treatment applications using eco-friendly products. All the products we use are safe for you, kids & pets.

1. We create a barrier around the exterior of the home using a power spray. The barrier is applied 3 feet up and 3 feet out around the home. This prevents pests from coming into your house and flushes them out.
2. Granulation pellets will be laid into the yard. Many pests like to nest underneath the top soil. This product will dissolve into the yard and flush out any nesting sites.
3. We will meticulously de-web the eaves around the entire perimeter of the home. This eliminates any spider webs or wasps nests.
4. We will apply a baseboard spray inside the home. There are many hiding spots for pests, so we like to spray behind kitchen appliances, under sinks and toilets, and even beneath washers and driers.
5. And lastly, we will perform a wall injection where a product is placed inside your walls. This is done through the wall voids underneath the sinks. We can prevent pests from following plumbing lines from the outside into your home.

For now, we only treat Subterranean Termites.

First, we’ll inspect your home to identify any active termite nests. Then, we will install termite bait stations every 10–20 feet around the perimeter of your home. These low-profile stations are fully submerged in the ground, attracting termites from your yard. The termites consume the bait and carry it back to the colony, effectively spreading around the product with others.

If active termite activity is found, we may also inject a specialized foam product directly into holes they’ve created. This acts as a secondary treatment to support the bait stations.

Subterranean termites live in the soil and can often be identified by the mud tubes they build to travel. Because they die when exposed to sunlight, they rely on these tunnels to move safely between their colony and food sources.

A clear sign of termite activity is the presence of mud tubes along concrete foundations, walls, or other surfaces. You might also notice holes or tunnels in wood. Damage usually begins at lower levels of the structure, such as baseboards, wood siding, or window frames, since these areas are closest to the ground.

Other key indicators of a subterranean termite infestation include swarms of winged termites emerging from wood or mud tubes, discarded wings near windows or doors, or sagging floors and ceilings caused by structural weakening.

Termites are especially attracted to dark, damp environments, so it’s important to check areas with recent moisture or water damage first.

The Mosquito service is an add on service exclusive to customers with an active AIMVO General Pest service already. It is only offered from April to September.

We treat your entire property by fogging the eaves of the home, trees, bushes and non-flowering plants. By targeting these areas, we are able to reach the main resting sites for mosquitos.

We also place “mosquito dunks” in standing water (as long as there aren’t any fish or aquatic wildlife).
