AIMVO Pest Control Termite Treatment - Bait Station

Termite Bait Station System

Our techs strategically install bait stations in locations where an infestation already exists or where conditions are more likely to lead to an infestation. The stations are placed about every 15 feet around the perimeter of the home.

The stations are flush with the ground to keep a low profile appearance. This process will successfully eliminate an infestation, even when used alone. It also provides permanent protection as long as the stations remain in place. We have helped hundreds of homeowners fight their termite problems. Call us to get your appointment scheduled now.

Termite foam application treatment

Termite Foam Application

The foam product is used as a secondary product to assist in the bait stations, especially when active termites are present. This product will be directly injected into the wall voids of your home, along with the holes that had already been made by the termites. Inside the walls or holes, this product will expand and soak the area.

Some small holes may need to be drilled into the drywall and around the exisiting termite holes to inject the foam product.

Identifying termites in your home

Termite mud tubes

Mud Tubes

Subterranean termites are easily identified by the mud tubes they use to travel. Termites live and breed in the soil and they also die in sunlight, so in order to travel into open areas they create exploration tunnels.

Termite with wings

Swarming Termites

If you suddenly see flying termites indoors, especially near windows or lights, here’s your warning. After mating, these swarmers drop their wings, so finding discarded wings is another clue that you have an infestation of termites.

Hollow wood from termites

Hollow Wood

Subterranean termites usually start at or below ground level, as they live and breed in the soil. If you find wood that sounds hollow, looks blistered, or easily breaks apart when probed could be infested.

Visible damage from termites

Visible Damage

If you see visible damage with the naked eye, chances are the termites have been active for a significant amount of time. Look for termite damage on wood beams, wood fences, wood flooring, etc.

Here's what you should know about termites

Moisture Is Critical

Subterranean termites have thin, delicate exoskeletons. They are sensitive to sunlight and air. To stay alive, they must live in humid, damp environments as the moisture helps keep their bodies hydrated. They build mud tubes so they can travel safely to food sources and back to their nest without drying out.

States termites are found in.

First Signs of Infestation

If there are mud tubes running up your foundation, walls, or crawl space supports or you’ve seen a swarm of winged termites (swarmers) inside or outside of your home, then these are your major indicators that your home has an active infestation. Don’t wait to call a professional.

Highly Destructive

In the United States alone, termites cause about $30 billion worth of damages altogether. This includes the cost to eliminate the infestations by a professional, repair structural and cosmetic damage. Homeowners living in the US spend about $2 billion protecting their properties against this damage.

Adaptable Life Cycle

Subterranean termites are one of the most resilient insects to ever survive. Throughout their life cycle, termites transition through specific roles such as workers, soldiers, or reproductive alates — depending on the colony’s needs. Their adaptable life cycle ensures the survival and growth of the colony, even in challenging conditions.
