This concentrated 6 step process consists of performing an intensive inspection to pinpoint the bed bug activity. In order to provide a thorough application, furniture will be moved away from the critical areas. Then, a special product will be applied directly to the infestation areas, along with a dusting powder that will be injected into outlets, wall voids and appliances. Rubbing alcohol will be applied to all high-touch surfaces. Lastly, a device will be set for luring and trapping.

Our mosquito service is exclusively available to customers enrolled in our General Pest Control program. Every 90 days, our technicians treat your property by fogging eaves, trees, bushes, and non-flowering plants to target mosquito resting areas. We also place mosquito dunks in standing water and set up traps with attractants to draw mosquitoes in. It’s a layered approach. This service is offered between April-September, which is the peak of the season.

Our termite service combines discreet protection with targeted action. We install a low-profile bait station system around the perimeter of the building to successfully draw the termites out of the ground and eliminate termite activity. For any active termite sites, we apply a specialized foam treatment directly into the holes already made, along with inside the wall voids. We also offer termite home inspections for buying, selling or refinancing.

THE PROVEN 5-STEP TREATMENT PROCESS
EXTERIOR SPRAY
Using a pressurized backpack sprayer, the technician will create a barrier around the entire perimeter of the home. This spray will be applied 3 feet up on the exterior of the home and 3 feet out from the foundation of the home. Many pests like spiders, ants, centipedes, and others like to hide close to the foundation of the home. Our product will flush these pests out, and it will prevent them from coming into your house.
This barrier lasts for 60-90 days depending on variables, such as weather.
DE-WEBBING
An effective enhancement to your pest control service is the dewebbing process. We will meticulously deweb the eaves around the entire perimeter of your home, as well as any other areas that require attention. This method is specifically designed to eliminate spider webs and getting rid of wasps nests. We will repeat this process inside the garage if necessary.
While the spiders might be eliminated through spray, this helps us keep your home looking good.
YARD GRANULATION
Your yard is the perfect nesting spot for many pests, making it harder for you to enjoy the outside of your home. This is why granulating 30 feet out from the foundation of the home in every direction is one of the most important steps of the entire process.
Many of the pests in your yard are nesting deep in the ground from what you can see. The granules that get placed in your yard will dissolve and penetrate the yard, flushing out any pests that might be living there. On top of that, the granules continue to act as a secondary barrier around the home. The barrier will prevent bugs from creating nests inside of the yard in the future.
INTERIOR SPRAY
There are so many spots where pests can hide inside of your home. These spots include behind furniture and kitchen appliances, under sinks and toilets, underneath washers and dryers, etc. Our interior spray will target these areas and it will include a full baseboard spray as well.
The eco-friendly product lasts for months and it will contaminate pests as they crawl over it. When pests return to their nests, they pass the chemical around to the rest of the nest, flushing the infestation out and exterminating everything as a whole.
WALL INJECTION
You never know what’s going on inside your walls, and just waiting it out can be very expensive. The wall injection will prevent pests like cockroaches and spiders from following plumbing lines from the outside into your home. This process is done through the wall voids underneath the sinks in kitchens and bathrooms.
